Delivery & Return
Delivery Areas & Charges
We deliver to all areas of Bangladesh via trusted courier services.
All over Bangladesh: ৳150 (Estimated delivery: 2–5 working days)
Product Inspection & Return (At Delivery Time)
We strongly recommend checking the product in front of the delivery agent.
If you are not satisfied with the product (e.g., wrong item, damage, etc.), you may return it immediately by paying only the delivery fee.
Return without any delivery fee is not permitted unless a major defect is confirmed by Urme’z Creation.
Exchange Policy
We understand that sizes or styles may vary, so we offer a flexible exchange option under the following conditions:
Exchange window:Â Within 10 calendar days from the date of delivery
Eligible reasons:Â Size issues or product dissatisfaction
Customer must cover the return & new delivery charges
Products must be unused, in original packaging, and include tags and invoice
Only one exchange per product is allowed
All items in the original order must be accepted before any exchange request can be processed
Important Notes
Products cannot be exchanged or returned if they show signs of use
We reserve the right to refuse exchanges or returns that do not meet the above conditions
